Our Services

You're sleeping in the middle of a 150-acre wilderness. That's the whole point — and it comes with a few uninvited roommates. Here's an honest heads-up so nothing catches you off guard.

🐭 Mice. You're in a forest. They live here too. Keep food sealed and off the ground, and you'll be fine. If you spot any signs, just let us know.

🦟 Mosquitoes. Yes, they exist in summer — especially near the creek at dusk and dawn. Bring repellent, and if you want the game-changer: a Thermacell device works really well out here.

☀️ Heat. No AC — you're in a yurt or a converted school bus. They can get genuinely warm during the day. The good news: once the sun drops, the mountain air cools things down fast. Open up as soon as the sun sets and you'll sleep like a bear. Pack sunscreen and a shade tarp for the afternoons.

🚰 No running water. We have a foot pump — it works great, but it's not a tap. There are no showers on site. The creek and waterfalls are refreshing alternatives. Wet wipes are your best ally.

🐻 Bears, deer, and everything else. You are in active wildlife habitat. Store food properly, carry bear spray, and enjoy the privilege of sharing space with animals that were here long before us.

If any of this sounds like too much, this might not be the right trip — and that's totally okay. But if your eyes just lit up, you're going to love it here. 🌲
